Children, staff and parents created an area within the school grounds as place for reflection, friendship and creativity. It was made from recycled materials, items that were upcycled and items that the children made themselves. Fragrant herbs were planted to stimulate sensory experiences, wild flowers were planted to encourage minibeasts, along with hanging baskets containing strawberry plants. The end result was amazing! This beautiful and moving project to enhance the school grounds was dedicated to a pupil who had sadly lost his battle with a brain tumour.
